Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Amdi Group processes personal data when we contact businesses by email (B2B outreach) and when you contact us through this website.

Purpose

We contact businesses about our products FieldRev, ESG Key and Boostr when we believe they are relevant to the recipient's business.

We collect this data from public business sources and LinkedIn.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): our interest in offering relevant products to businesses. You can object at any time.

Retention

We keep your data until you opt out, or for 12 months without engagement, whichever comes first. Opt-out records are kept permanently, limited to email address and date, solely to honour the opt-out.

Opt-out

Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, reply "unsubscribe", or email support@succes.bz. We will stop contacting you. Your address is kept on a permanent suppression list so that you are not contacted again.

Data may be transferred to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification and erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. Contact support@succes.bz to use these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live or work.

Website enquiries

The contact form on this website prepares an email draft in your browser. The contact form itself does not store the information you enter in a website database. This website does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the website.

Website chat

If you use the chat assistant on this website, we store your messages, the assistant's replies, the page you were on, and any name or email you choose to give, so we can answer your enquiry and improve the assistant. We keep chat logs for up to 12 months. Airtable stores the chat logs as our processor.
